Our Story

Welcome to Phở House Café! With strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for cooking, our owner started his first Phở restaurant here in Kenner, Louisiana. He has a burning desire to bring Phở (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) to the next level of dining experience that promotes health and well- being of all customers. Here at Phở House Café, we promise authentic, clean, healthy, and refreshing Phở that is served with love and care from our professional chefs and dedicated staff. We accomplish this goal through every choice we make in the process of making and serving Phở.

Preparing a Phở Bowl

1. Place rice noodle in a serving bowl

2. Top with your choice of beef (rare steak, brisket, meatballs, oxtail, or short rib)

3. Add sliced onions, scallions, and cilantro

4. Place bean sprouts, basil, lemon, and jalapeños on a serving dish

5. Pour hot boiling broth into pho bowl

6. Serve with bean sprouts, basil, lemon, and jalapeño (hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce are optional)

Our Tips
